Labs Incident Procedure


The Lab Monitor on duty will have his or her name written on the board. He or she may be either in the PC Lab or the Mac Lab.

The Lab Monitor may ask you to show your valid NDNU ID prior to using the Lab.

Report malfunctioning equipment in the labs to the lab monitor on duty.

Ask the lab monitor for assistance with problems that occur with hardware or software.

If a student does not comply with the Lab Policies, he or she may be asked by the Lab Monitor to leave the lab or suspend lab use privileges until the Academic Lab Manager, Security or the Student Affairs board resolves the matter.

In the event of an Incident:

The incident should be reported to Lab Monitor on duty. The Lab Monitor will report incidents to the Academic Technology Manager.

If the Lab Monitor is unable to reach the Academic Lab Manager then the Lab Monitor will contact security for assistance.

If the Lab Monitor is not available then the incident should be reported to the Academic Technology Manager.

If neither the Lab Monitor or the Academic Technology Manager are available, please contact Campus Security:
